Hotel Fraye is a modern and pretty property conveniently located for exploring Nashville, with many dining options within walking distance, including Hattie B's right next door. Guests appreciate being able to walk to attractions like 5th & Broadway (about 15 minutes) or take a short Uber ride to Honky Tonk. The rooms are roomy and well-appointed, featuring nice bathrooms and great lighting, although some guests have noted that the bathroom ventilation runs constantly. Admirable Stay in the City Center

The hotel location allowed us to walk to many local places. I found the service from the restaurant staff and valet to be wonderful. The rooms had very comfortable beds, and the bathrooms included two shower heads for a top notch experience. All staff were cute and helpful.

The overnight parking had an unexpected cost, as it was quoted at one price, but I had to pay almost $60 with all fees attached. This was an unwelcome surprise. One washcloth in the room was not sufficient.

The hotel is in a tranquil area, offering convenient access to the center and other attractions by foot. I noticed a Hattie B's restaurant is located literally next door, so delicious Nashville fried chicken is easily accessible.

My room had amazing lighting and also included floor lights for nighttime navigation. The furniture was beautiful. I admired the blue leather desk chair with brass legs and arms. There is an accessible water station with good ice.

The room was clean I appreciated the modern decor. The rooftop pool provided amazing views it was great. The hotel's restaurant offered a delicious menu I enjoyed the variety of options. The staff provided really good service they were always attentive and helpful.

The gym's equipment was slightly limited I noticed only two treadmills available.

i really enjoy this hotel. sonya, dwayne, morgan, sharleeta were excellent. they gave us great direction to get to the football game and were attentive to our needs. i will book this hotel again. jean-paul always offers a warm welcome and goes above and beyond.

the room temperature was difficult to regulate at times. dominic worked to fix it. eventually it was ok.

the hotel is not far from broadway and all the action. it is only a fifteen minute walk to get to the downtown area, and its very easy. hatty b's is right next door.
